Peter ran over after he saw and offered a hand. Ned would've but he was fixing something in his bag. "Thank you." I told him after I took his hand and got up. I placed my hand on the side that got kicked and that's when he said "would you mind if I walked you home?"

Y/n's POV

I was going to refuse since I usually teleported home but he insisted and I can't turn down an offer by my crush right? So we both walked out of school, said by to Ned and went down the street. My apartment was right across from his apparently from what I've told him. "I didn't know you lived across the street." I said

"I didn't either until you told me the street." He said with a smile. "Turns out that we can even walk to school together at some point too, if you want of course." He said

"Yeah, I suppose we can." I said and giggled. I could see him in the corner of my eye smiling.

Peter's POV

When she giggled I swear my heart warm up. 'Wait.. but I like Liz. How can she make me feel like this?' I thought to myself. We stopped at the crosswalk waiting for it to change when I asked her.

"Do you live with anyone? Like your parents?" That sounded way better in my head then what I had anticipated. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it in a creepy way.. I meant you know like-" before I could even finish, she laughed softly then answered me.

"No. I live by myself unfortunately. My parents died not to long ago." She said and I get bad for her because I knew how it felt not to have your parents.

"I'm sorry to hear about that. I shouldn't have asked." I told her and she just shook her head as we crossed the street.

"It's okay. What about you?" She asked me

"I live with my Aunt. Aunt May. She's great."

"I bet she is." Y/n smiled after she said that and I stopped her before we continued on. Our apartments were around the corner.

"I was wondering if you would like to hang out with me and Ned sometime. We were going to study tomorrow and I wasn't sure if you'd min-" I started to ask her but she cut me off again

"I'd love to. It's okay. What time tomorrow?" She asked and looked at me with her y/e/c eyes.

"Uh... r-right after s-school." I told her 'me? Stuttering? What?' I thought and shook my head to myself.

"Okay." Y/n told me with a smile. "Sounds good to me."

Later that night

Y/n's POV

"I can't believe that I'm going to his apartment tomorrow to study with Ned." I said in a low voice to myself as I placed some make up on my cheekbone to cover up the bruise I had gotten earlier.

I suit up with my usual black hoodie, red lipstick and black converse sneakers then head out. Well actually I teleported rather than walk out of my apartment.

I appeared at an alleyway and noticed a backpack webbed up to the wall. I stepped two steps forward and heard someone drop down behind me. Turning around quick, I saw it was Spider-Man.

"Hey, it's just me. Spider-Man. Don't run-" he started to say and I quickly teleported away from him, appearing at another alleyway. This time the alleyways was dark and empty. 'Good' I thought to myself.

Peter's POV

I was trying to start a conversation or at least get one going when I just saw her appear but it didn't happen because she disappeared right after I try to tell her not to run. Well at least I now know that Ned was right. She can teleport. 'THATS SO COOL!' I said to myself before I heard an alarm not too far away.

I got a running start as I swung my way towards the alarm that was blaring. I saw a couple of people run away from the crime scene so I went faster. "A bank robbery" I said to myself as I swung down.

Back to Y/n's POV

I heard an alarm blaring so when I turned the corner from my current location, I saw men robbing a local bank. "Hey!" I yelled when I got inside.

"Why if it isn't Shadow. You know, you live up to your name." One robber said

"We can do this the easy way where you hand over the money or we can do it the hard way where I forcibly remove it from you." I told them and they just looked at each other laughing.

It wasn't until Spider-Man came in started saying "that's so cool! The Avengers! Big fan! Although you two don't look like Thor or Hulk." I looked over and gave him the 'are you serious?' Look underneath my hood.

Right as we started to attack the men since they weren't taking the easy way out of this situation, I tied up two and placed the bag of money near the door. Spider-Man was dealing the other two and webbing up one when I turned at the last minute to get blasted by what seemed to look like an alien tech gun. I flew backwards and hit a brick wall making me go unconscious.

Spider-Man dealt with the last man who had the gun and placed the remaining bag next to the door along with a note stating:

Here are the bags of money the
robbers tried to steal.
~ Your local Friendly Neighborhood

Peter's POV

I noticed when Shadow got blasted back. She didn't look conscious when I looked back over to her due to how hard she hit the wall. It gave me the chance to act quickly and pin down the guy. After I did that, I tied him up and left a note on top of the bag. I told a local to call the police and they did as I asked.

I ran over to her after I was done and picked her up. I didn't want to bring her to a rooftop because it was getting a bit chilly out and I didn't want her to be cold. So instead I grabbed my backpack, picked her up and sneaked into my room. No one was there at the time and Aunt May said she was going to be home late.

I carefully and gently placed her on my bed but I didn't remove her hoodie because I wanted to be polite. I placed my backpack near the wall and waited for her to wake up. I didn't want to expose myself so I kept the suit on.
