Ouch, my back stings. 

That is what Kiriko first thought the moment she regained consciousness. She can't move her upper body, but she knows that she is in a medical facility because of the scents of medicines around her. She slowly opened her eyes and was greeted by a familiar ceiling with a butterfly emblem. She then tried to move her body, slowly and carefully since it really stings. 

What the fuck happened to me? she asked herself in irritation caused by the pain that she is feeling right now and recalled her last memories. 

The attack, the Vindice escapee, the gang fight, and then--- she abruptly rose from her bed when she remembered what she was doing before losing consciousness. Mikey getting out of control, did I stop him from killing that guy? she asked herself talking about the poor figure of the battered man who was supposed to die by Mikey's uncontrollable rage. 

How long has she been out? What happened after the fight? Is anyone injured? She has a lot of questions running in her head but decided to set them aside when she could feel her head throbbing from her sudden movements. 

She scanned the whole room and confirmed that she is inside the Butterfly Estate. The medical facility that is supporting the Cloud Division members for their unexplainable injuries. Well, this is already expected. Since she told the others to call the Butterfly Estate to head in the site, she is the one who told the others. 

"Oh my! Kiri-chan!" she heard a panicked voice and felt two soft and gentle hands over her shoulder, softly making her lie down back on her bed.

"You are not supposed to stand up the moment you open your eyes! The wound might open again!" she scolded quite softly that it couldn't be considered as scolding already. 

"Shinobu-san..." she glared at Kiriko and flicked her forehead, despite her soft and gentle appearance, her flicks are hard as rock or even harder than that. 

"Ouch!" 

"Stop being reckless, Kiri-chan! When you got stabbed with a sharp object. DON'T TAKE IT OFF. You learned that in the school!" 

Kiriko lay down on her bed, with Shinobu lecturing her about what she was supposed to know about first aid and what to do in this kind of situation which she clearly stated that she did not even pay attention to. 

"I heard you released an order that neglects your wellbeing. Just how reckless you can be in your own body?! You think blood loss is a joke?!" 

"I am sorry..." 

Kiriko was welcomed with a 10-minute long scolding about her recklessness.

"Uhm, what happened after... that?" she carefully asked not to receive another round of scolding.

"You know the rules of the Butterfly Estate. The outsiders are not allowed to enter the premises."

Since the existence of the Butterfly Estate is not visible in the eyes of the normal society. Unverified guests are not allowed to enter the premises to protect the identity of the whole mafia.

"Milim and the Triplets just visited. But they are in a meeting right now."

"Meeting?" she asked Shinobu who hummed and said, "Yes, considering the involvement of your brother in the meeting. I assume that the participants are the Guardians and the Decimo." 

It is to be expected, "How long was I out?" she asked. 

Shinobu turn her head to her and casually said, "Around 3 days." 

"Hmm, not that long..." it must be because of the sun flames that she recovered faster than a normal recovery day. 

Shinobu was about to leave the room when she remembered something, "Oh! By the way, your boyfriend has been waiting outside of the estate since the day you got moved in here." she said to Kiriko which made the newly awake girl frown in confusion. 

"Who?" she asked, "That cute guy! He is quite small and cute--- but not as cute as you Kiri-chan---" 

"Shinobu-san," she called before the whole question turn over, "Can you describe him without getting out of the direction?" 

Shinobu hummed and wiggled her eyebrows, "Below average height, black eyes, and long blonde hair that is only tied in the top---" Kiriko doesn't have to hear more as she could already picture who it is. 

"And where is he again?" 

"Just outside of the estate's gate." 

"That guy---!" Kiriko doesn't care about the slight stinginess she feels in her back and rose up from her bed and drags the blanket that is covering her before she woke up and walks out of the room with Shinobu calling her to go back on her bed. But she ignored it. 

Her head is full of questions about the guy that Shinobu just described. She takes a few turns just to reach the lounge. The Butterfly Estate is very strict when accepting visitors. It is applied to every member of the family, most especially to the Cloud Division members. 

She heard some gasps and surprises when the admitted Cloud Members saw her walking with a blanket covering her small frame. She finally reached the outside and opens the gate. She saw a familiar CB205T motorcycle parked in front of the Butterfly Estate and a very familiar blonde wearing his flannel shirt instead of his usual Toman uniform. 

Kiriko did not notice that she is panting a bit after her speedwalk from her room which happens to be placed in a VIP room intended for her and her brother that is placed in the very deepest part of the traditional Japanese mansion. 

"Mikey," she called for the blonde when she finally catches her breath. 

Mikey who is sitting on the side of the street, with his Babu parked just beside him heard a soft and calming voice calling his name. He lifted his gaze, only to see the girl he's been wishing to have a glimpse with. 

"Kiricchi?" his voice is weak, but his longing for the girl could be hinted at in his tone. Kiriko let out a small and genuine smile when she finally see his face. 

She would be lying that he looks in a good condition. Bags are under his eyes and it is obvious that he is also neglecting his food and sleep. 

"Mikey---" Kiriko felt his arms wrapped around her waist, his head burying on her neck, inhaling her scent, "Kiricchi... you're awake..." his hold is not that strong, as if he is afraid to hurt the girl knowing that her injury is located on her back. But he is more afraid that the girl in his arms will vanish any moment he unwrapped his embrace. 

Kiriko was about to speak when she felt a warm liquid dripping over her collar. There she knows that Mikey is silently crying. As if it is the normal thing to do, Kiriko gently hugs Mikey with her other hand touching the tips of Mikey's long hair. 

Mikey felt her respond and slightly tighten his hug, "Don't do that again, Kiricchi." 

"The what?" she hummed and questioned. Mikey looked at her eyes, without detaching himself from his embrace to the girl that is trapped in his arms. His dark eyes met Kiriko's purple ones. 

"Don't ever be reckless like that. Once you get injured, even if it's only a splinter. Get out of the site and get a treatment, understood?" 

Kiriko blinked on his demand, "Wh---" 

"Understood?" 

"U-Understood..." somehow, Kiriko was overwhelmed by Mikey that she agreed. Why is he acting like this? 

Mikey now noticed the getup of the girl. She is wearing very light clothes. Covered by a very obvious blanket that she grabbed from nowhere. Mikey took off his flannel and put it over her, "What are you doing?" she cluelessly asked Mikey. 

"You'll get cold." after he put on his flannel over her, his arms wrapped again on her waist. 

"Go back in there. You need to rest," he said lowly almost coming out as a whisper. His voice is so gentle, she did not expect him to be like that. More on act like one. 

"Mikey..." Mikey hummed when Kiriko called his name, "... are you alright?" he flinched from the question and quickly covered it with a smile. 

"Of course! Why wouldn't I be?" he answered forcing a bright response. But somehow, it did not fool Kiriko. 

What happened after the fight? she wanted to ask that. But every time she will try to ask it. Something is pulling her not to.  

"Kiri-chan! How many times do I have to tell you to stay put?! You just woke up after three days and your body is still recovering from that! Not to mention that you lost too much blood because of your idiocy!" 

Their moment was interrupted by the shout of Shinobu coming from the entrance of the gate. 

"You should go, Kiricchi." 

Kiriko turns her eyes to Mikey who tightens his grip on her waist, snuggles his head over her neck one more time before he detaches himself from the girl. 

"I will visit again. You don't have to go out every time that I am here... just knowing that you are already awake is enough to assure me." he said to her before he step a few steps backward, "Let's see each other again when you feel better, Kiricchi! The Toman wants to see you..." he smiled at her, "I will give you my answer from our deal once you are fully recovered, Kiricchi." 

Ah, the deal. She almost forgot about the deal of her admittance in Toman together with the triplets and Milim. 

"I should say the same to you," she said, "You are not taking care of yourself." she added and messed already mess-up hair from sleeping for three whole days straight, "I'll kick Draken's ass for not doing his job as a young babysitter." 

Mikey chuckled at it, "Give Kenchin an earful." 

There is something inside of Kiriko's chest that is feeling bothered. She walk towards Mikey, she heard Shinobu's calls but she ignored them and stop when she reached Mikey who is looking at her curiously. She stared at his piercing dark eyes that seems to be lifeless and dead despite him smiling. She cupped his face with both of her hands. 

"Mikey." 

"K-Kiricchi---" 

"Cry," she commanded staring deeply through his lifeless dead eyes. Out of sudden, small droplets started to fall from Mikey's eyes. 

"E-Eh?" he said questioningly, "Why am I... why am I crying?" he asked. Kiriko did not answer. She steps more closely with her palms still cupping Mikey's face while tears continue to flow from his eyes. Her thumbs rubbing across his skin, wiping the tears that are falling. She then detach her left hand over his face and brushed away Mikey's hair using it. Her soft hands touched Mikey's hair with her wrist near Mikey's lips.

As if he was enticed, he slightly tilted his head. His lips met her wrist, leaving soft kisses. 

"Kiricchi... don't leave me..."

Cause it really helps me to form plots and ideas in this story. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REACHING CHAPTER FIFTY-FIVE. OH EM JI, I DIDN'T EXPECT THAT I COULD WRITE FIFTY-FIVE CHAPTERS IN ONE STORY.
