Welcome everyone, to the latest chapter of Alpha and Omega. I'm going to be quick here. Today I am introducing another OC, this time it is the creation of armanur138 . I hope he/she likes what it did with their character.

"Excuse me, but would one of you please have a Pokémon battle with me?" a young girl asked a group of three trainers timidly, a Sylveon standing beside her.

They girl was eleven years old, had long golden blonde hair, sapphire blue eyes, and a light skin tone. She wore a red skirt and a white blouse with a dark blue jacket, glasses, and a white beret in her hair.

The trainers were all boys in their upper teens. One had long red hair held back tightly in a ponyta tail, and wore a black tee shirt and blue jeans. Another had black hair with blue highlights that covered his right eye, a black hoodie with a red scarf and blue jeans. And the last had silver hair, and wore a green long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. They all know looked at the young girl.

"Depends. What Pokémon do you have?" The guy with red hair asked.

"Sylveon, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Pichu, and Charmander," the girl replied.

All three guys looked like they were fighting to keep in there laughter.

"No way kid, go away," the red hair guy replied.

"Why not?" The girl asked, a little louder than she had been speaking.

"Because, most of your Pokémon are under evolved. With your only evolved Pokémon being a cute Pokémon, and cute Pokémon are never strong. You wouldn't stand a chance against even our weakest Pokémon, it would be a massacre," the red haired guy replied.

"Evolution isn't everything, and my Sylveon might be cute, but she is strong," the girl said much louder.

"Evolution equals power, and get this through your head little girl, CUTE POKÉMON ARE NEVER STRONG!" The red haired guy said, yelling the last part.

His yelling got the attention of many people in the Pokémon Center. One in particular was a tall, large man in his early twenties. He had short curly brown hair, stood about six and a half feet tall, and wasn't fat. His overall body was bulky and looked like he was built like a line backer. He was wearing a green workout tee shirt and running shorts. As he walked over to the yelling, people saw him and were intimidated so they got out of his way.

"What's going on over here?" the man said in a deep voice, adding to his intimidation factor.

"Umm, I was just telling this girl that cute Pokémon can't be strong," the red haired guy said, sounding very intimidated by the man.

The man looked down at the young girl who wasn't even waist high on him. He walked over to her and got down on one knee and took a closer look at her Sylveon.

"What's your name little girl?" He asked.

"Y..Yuuka Syinx," The girl now identified as Yuuka replied nervously.

He then smiled and patted her on the head gently, his hand looking like it could hold her whole head if he closed it.

"Well Yuuka, you've done a great job raising that Sylveon. She looks quite strong," he replied.

Yuuka beamed from the praise.

"You mean strong for a cute Pokémon, right?" The red haired guy replied.

The large man looked over at them with a dark expression, matching the level of intimidation that everyone expected from him.

"No. It is a strong Pokémon, period," he said coldly.

"But cute Pokémon are never strong," the red haired guy nervously argued.

The large man then stood back up and turned to face the red haired guy and his group, as he pulled a pokeball from hill belt. He then threw the pokeball up into the air without saying a word. Everyone was astonished to see the Pokémon released was a shiny Sylveon, who wrapped one of his feelers around his arm upon his release.

"This is my strongest Pokémon. Do you want to call him weak?" He asked coldly.

"Ah um," the red haired guy said, too scared to call the mans Pokémon weak.

"How about this, a double battle. Mine and Yuuka's Sylveons against two of you idiots," the large man offered.

"O...." the red haired guy started to say, but was stopped before the guy wearing the hoodie cut him off.

"No way, I know who you are. We're not going up against you," The guy with the hoodie said. "Your just an exception to the rule. There's no way there is another cute Pokémon that is also an exception. Pick someone else and we'll battle."

The large man was annoyed at their cowardice and started to look around the Pokémon Center. Many of the people backed away, not wanting to get involved. He then saw a young man with messy black hair walking towards the battlefield with a Pikachu on his shoulder, and a young woman walking beside him.

"Excuse me, you with the Pikachu. Come over here please," the large man called out.

Ash looked and saw the large man and walked over not looking the slightest bit intimidated or nervous. The large man then looked over at the other two guys he was speaking to.

"How about him and his Pikachu?" the large man asked, gesturing to Ash as he arrived.

"He'll do," the red haired guy said, sounding confident.

"What's going on?" Ash asked.

"How would you like a double battle with you and your Pikachu, and this girl and her Sylveon, against two of those morons," the large man said.

"What do you say Pikachu, want a battle for your warm up today?" Ash asked his loyal starter.

"Hell yeah," Pikachu replied excitedly in Pokémon speech, as he sparked his cheeks and slapped them, making them spark more.

"Ok we're in," Ash replied excitedly.

"Great, lets go to the battlefield, I'll referee," the large man stated then walked to the field.

Ash walked up to Yuuka and extended his hand.

"Hi I'm Ash Ketchum," Ash introduced.

The girls eyes got wide as she looked at Ash.

"H..h...Hi, I'm Y.y.yuuka Syinx, and I know who you are, I'm a huge fan. I remember watching you competing in the Lily Valley Conference three years ago. You actually inspired me to become a trainer," Yuuka stuttered.

"Oh wow, I don't know what to say," Ash replies as he scratched the back of his head.

"Y..y..you don't have to say anything, it's just an honor for to be able to battle with you," Yuuka said nervously.

"This will be a double battle between the team of Yuuka and Ash, and these two idiots," the large man said.

"Hey we have names you know!" The red haired guy said.

"I'm sure you do, but I don't care," the man replied. "Now trainers, send out your Pokémon."

Pikachu and Sylveon jumped onto the battlefield.

"Rhydon go!" The red haired guy yelled.

"Go Trevenant!" The guy with the hoodie called out.

"All trainers ready, battle begin!"

"Pikachu, agility then iron tail on Rhydon's knees!"

"Trevenant, shadow ball on Sylveon."

"Sylveon, block shadow ball with fairy wind."

"Rhydon, stone edge on both of them."

Trevenant created the black ball with purple static between his claws and threw it at Sylveon. Sylveon pulls her feelers together and the air around then glows light blue. She then spreads her feelers wide sending the strong gust of wind forward. Rhydon glows white, then forms two white rings around its body. The rings form into rocks and begin firing onto the battlefield at both Pokémon. Pikachu starts running towards Rhydon, disappearing from one spot, and reappearing in another as he dodges the flying rocks. Sylveon's fairy wind detonated the shadow ball and blew away most of the stones coming at her.

"Rhydon, use hammer arm to crush that Pikachu!"

"Sylveon dodge the remaining rocks coming at you, and use swift to cover Pikachu."

"Trevenant, shadow claw on Sylveon."

Rhydon's arm glowed white as he raised it up to hit Pikachu, who was closing in. Meanwhile Sylveon dodged several rocks, then she swishes her tail, sending several yellow stars with golden sparkles at Rhydon. As soon as Sylveon used swift she was struck by the now black claw from Trevenant, sending her back.

The swift from Sylveon hit Rhydon and caused him to stumble back, leaving him wide open for Pikachu. Pikachu ran underneath Rhydon as he struck its right knee with iron tail, then came back around and hit its left knee, causing Rhydon to fall to the ground.

"Now Pikachu, finish with one more iron tail to the head," Ash called out.

"Trevenant, shadow claw again on Sylveon."

"Pikachu, abort and help Sylveon!"

"No, finish Rhydon. I've got this!" Yuuka replied.

"Ok. Pikachu, continue as planned."

Pikachu jumped into the air and did a flip as he came down and hit Rhydon in the back of the head with iron tail. Rhydon smashes into the ground creating a little dust cloud around himself. When the dust settled he had swirly eyes.

"Rhydon is unable to battle!" Called out the large man.

Before the dust settled, Trevenant's right arm glowed black with a purple outline and struck Sylveon again, knocking her right in front of Yuuka.

"Pikachu now go help Sylveon with..."

"Wait!" Yuuka yelled.

"Why?" Ash asked.

"Look at Trevenant," Yuuka said with a smile.

Everyone looked, Trevenant had a heart in his eye as he looked at Sylveon lovingly.

"Trevenant, wood hammer."

But Trevenant didn't move. He just continued to look at Sylveon lovingly.

"What's going on? Trevenant, attack!" His trainer yelled.

"He can't. He's in love," Yuuka replied with a confident gaze.

"What?!" Trevenant's trainer yelled.

"Sylveon's ability kicked in, cute charm. When that Trevenant's last shadow claw made contact cute charm was activated and Trevenant became infatuated with Sylveon," Yuuka explained. "Now Sylveon, finish this with draining kiss."

Sylveon ran over to Trevenant and gave him a kiss. He then glowed red, then a light yellow ball of his energy flew from his body into Sylveon's. Trevenant then fell over unconscious.

"Trevenant is unable to battle. The team of Pikachu and Sylveon wins!" Called out the large man.

"Yay, we won," Yuuka cried out as she jumped into the air.

"It was great battling beside you. Your Sylveon is pretty strong," Ash said as he extended his hand to Yuuka.

Yuuka ran right past his hand and gave Ash a hug. She then backed away with her face bright red.

"Umm, sorry. I guess I got carried away," Yuuka apologized as she blushed and looked at the ground.

Ash chuckled as he scratched the back of his head, "Don't worry about it."

Ash then looked down towards his opponents to thank them for the battle, only to see them storming off. He then looked for the large man who was refereeing to ask him what was going on, but he and his Sylveon were already gone.

"Wow, you wouldn't think such a big guy could disappear so quickly," Ash thought out loud.

Ash then looked down to Yuuka.

"Well if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go train my Pokémon now. It was a pleasure meeting you Yuuka," Ash said with a smile.

Ash started walking away to one of the other battlefields, as there were already some trainers that wanted that one. Yuuka was looking at the ground nervously. Then Sylveon wrapped one of her feelers around her arm and smiled up at her, giving her confidence.

"Umm, actually Ash," Yuuka said loudly enough to catch his attention.

Ash turned around to look at her, curious as to what she wanted.

"Do you mind is I train with you and your Pokémon? I promise we won't get in the way," Yuuka asked.

"Sure come on," Ash replied, then turned back around and continued walking.

Yuuka beamed and ran after him.

Ash, Serena, and Yuuka trained, with Ash and Yuuka going through Ash's usual training methods. Yuuka and her Pokémon tried to keep up, but just feel short. She did feel discouraged, but Ash helped by telling her that its was good that they were pushing themselves, and that they would reach that level one day.

After training they all sat in the cafeteria eating breakfast together.

"So Yuuka where are you from?" Serena asked.

"Anistar City in the Kalos region. Where are you from?" Yuuka answered then asked.

"I'm from Vaniville Town, also the Kalos region," Serena replied.

"That's so cool. I never expected to meet anyone else from Kalos. So I take it that your Braixen was your starter?" Yuuka asked.

"That's right. Who was your?" Serena asked.

"Well I didn't get a starter from Professor Sycamore like most trainers. You see, my dad owns a grocery store in Anistar City. One day when I was nine, I was there waiting for him to get off of work when I found a hungry Eevee digging through the trash for food. She was so weak that I saw her collapse and quickly ran to her. I scooped her up and my dad took us to the Pokémon Center to get her help. When Nurse Joy came back she said the only problem was she was hungry, but was too weak to eat now. So I convinced my dad to let me take care of her. I spent every day slowly feeding Eevee special food given to us by Nurse Joy, and soon she was back to normal. When it came time to let her go, she didn't want to, and I didn't want her to go either. So she became my first Pokémon, even before I could officially become a trainer. She even evolved into a Sylveon before I became a trainer," Yuuka explained.

"Oh wow, you had some serious history with your Sylveon," Ash commented.

"Yeah we've been through a lot together. I was lucky she really took a liking to battling," Yuuka said while patting her Sylveon on the head.

She then looked at Ash.

"You also inspired Sylveon to like battles," Yuuka said to Ash.

"Me?" Ash asked confused.

"Yup. When I saw your battle in the Lily Valley Conference, you really inspired me and sparked a love of Pokémon battles. After that I searched online and found videos of your past Pokémon League battles, and I just loved them. And then my dad got tickets to the Lumiose Conference when you competed. I brought Eevee too and we both were so excited to see every battle, but especially yours. I was so sad for you when I saw that Alain guy beat you, but then you came back around and saved all of Kalos," Yuuka said with stars in her eyes.

"Wow, you sound like a big fan of Ash's," Serena commented.

"I'm a huge fan of Ash's. To battle along side him was a dream come true for both me and Sylveon," Yuuka said excitedly.

"Sylveon!" Sylveon added with equal excitement.

"Oh wow, I don't think I've ever had fans like this before. Normally I might run into someone who says they're a fan at a league, but never while I've been traveling," Ash said, sounding a little embarrassed.

"Well they're just rookies then. I've seen every televised match. I even found the video of you and Pikachu competing in that pancake race in Alola," Yuuka said proudly.

"Oh wow, I forgot about that," Ash commented.

"So I take it your planning on competing in the Torrent League?" Yuuka asked Ash.

"Yup, going for my third badge today. What about you, are you competing? Ash asked Yuuka.

"Yes. I'm actually planning on battling for my third gym badge today too. I'm so excited, and nervous. This is my first journey so everything is so new to me," Yuuka replied, then looked at Serena. "What about you? Are you competing in the Torrent League?"

"Oh no, I'm her to be the opening performance at some of the showcases," Serena replied.

"Oh that's cool. My mom always liked the showcases, although I never really got that interested. I do like to see the freestyle performances, because I think they look really cool, but that's it," said Yuuka.

"You said this is your first league. Why didn't you participate in the Kalos League first?" Serena asked.

"Well I was going to, but Professor Sycamore said he needed two trainers to send for this Pokédex testing project. He already had one and his second backed out at the last second, so he asked me," Yuuka explained.

"Do you know who the second trainer was?" Serena asked.

"No, apparently he left the day before me with his girlfriend," Yuuka replied.

The three finished their breakfast and then left for the gym.

Ash, Serena, and Yuuka arrived at the Sevilla gym, and after double checking the address twice they walked inside. The address was to a fitness center. It was two stories tall and rather plain looking. Along the front were windows that showed an indoor swimming pool where both people and water types were seen swimming laps. To the right of the building was a soccer field, where people and several Pokémon were playing a game. They walked through a set of glass double doors and to the front desk.

"Excuse me, is this the Sevilla Gym?" Ash asked the middle aged woman who was sitting at the desk.

"No, the Gym is in the building in the back, but you have to access it through here. The gym leader is actually working out right now, so I'll lead you to him," the woman said.

She then stood up and led them all into the center. They walked by many people and Pokémon working out on various pieces of equipment. Soon they arrived in the back of the room where they saw the large man from earlier bench pressing some weights with ease, and from the looks of it it had to be at least four hundred pounds. Next to him was another man with short blue hair lifting a lot less, and across from them were the treadmills with a woman with long red hair running, with a Wobbuffet and and a Meowth running on either side of her.

"Excuse me Edwin, you have some challengers," the woman said.

The man now identified as Edwin, the Sevilla Gym leader, set the weights on the hooks above him then sat up.

"Oh it's you two. Nice to see you again, it's Ash and Yuuka right?" Edwin asked.

"That's right," Ash replied, as Yuuka nodded.

"And what about you? Are you here to challenge me as well?" Edwin asked Serena.

"Oh no, I'm just here to cheer for Ash," Serena replied.

Upon Ash and Serena being identified, the blue haired man began to struggle with his weights as the bar bell was sitting on his chest and he couldn't raise it back up. At the same time the red haired woman started hitting buttons on the treadmill causing it to speed up.

"Umm, I think they are having trouble," the woman from the front said to Edwin, as she gestured to the man lifting weights and woman on the treadmill.

"Sorry little guy, I got you," Edwin said as he grabbed the bar bell on the man's chest and put it on the hooks with one hand.

The man then sat up with his arms stuck in the position they were in while holding the bar bell.

The woman then reached around on the treadmill and hit the emergency stop on her treadmill, as well as the two on either side of her. The three toppled over and started breathing heavily.

"Hey Erica, they look like they need a rest. Why don't you set them up with a post workout massage, while I take care of these challengers," Edwin suggested.

They all looked like they wanted to follow Ash and the others, but after the word 'massage', that seemed to be all they cared about.

"Were those friends of yours?" Ash asked Edwin.

"No, they were just snooping around the building looking suspicious. I could see they just wanted a membership to workout somewhere, and were scoping this place out. So I invited them in and gave them a free trial day so they could see this is the best health and fitness center in the city," Edwin said proudly.

They walked out of the main building and under a metal overhang that covered the path they took. Along either side were several battlefields, some of which were in use. At the end of the path was a large domed building. Upon arriving at the building Edwin pushed a set of metal double doors open.

"Look alive sis, we've got some challengers!" Edwin yelled.

Suddenly a book flew through the air at incredible speed and hit Edwin in the face, making him stumble back a little.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" Edwin yelled as he held his nose.

The others looked in the direction Edwin was to see young girl in her mid twenties, with long wavy brown hair. She was wearing blue jeans and a yellow tank top. She was climbing out of a hammock that had a small table beside it, with a latte sitting on it.

"That was for scaring me and interrupting my book. It was perfectly quiet in here, and then you just barge in here yelling, interrupting my reading. The prince found his dragon and the woman that was treating his wounds just snuck off after being released from the room she was being whipped in for sneaking off. I need to know what happens next! Will the prince wisk her away from her life of slavery to his kingdom? How will she react when she meets his dragon?" The girl says angrily as she walks towards them. "These are important questions that I need answers to! That you could have more peacefully interrupted than yelling," the girl says as she pokes Edwin in the chest.

The others were a little scared by this woman, as she yelled at Edwin without fear. Edwin on the other hand was clearly full of fear as backed away from her until he was up against a wall. Now that she was closer they could tell she was about a foot shorter than Edwin, and had a build similar to Serena's.

"Sorry sis, but we have challengers," Edwin said pointing to the others.

"Oh hello. Welcome to the Sevilla Gym. My name is Charlotte. It's a pleasure to meet you," the woman now identified as Charlotte said in a very happy and pleasant manner.

"More like Char-izard," Edwin commented under his breath.

Charlotte however heard him, and snapped her head back to face Edwin and gave him a death glare, resulting in him looking scared again. Everyone agreed this was very weird to see such a large man become scared of anyone so much smaller than him.

"Please forgive our behavior, my little brother and I tend to get like this from time to time, as he is very inconsiderate of others," Charlotte said, sounding angry at the end.

"I'm only one minute younger, that doesn't make you older," Edwin argued.

"Yes it does, now stop arguing. It looks like we've got a few battles to take on," Charlotte shoots back.

"Only two. The guy with the hat and the little girl. The other girl is only here to cheer for them," Edwin informed.

"Oh? Is this some kind of parent child outing?" Charlotte asked sincerely.

Ash and Serena both blushed bright red as well they put their hands up in front of them.

"No, she's not our daughter," Ash said in a panic.

"Exactly, we're way too young to have kids that old," Serena adds.

"Yeah, I mean one day we might have kids but she's definitely not ours. I mean we have done stuff so we..." Ash started to add.

"ASH!" Serena yelled as her face was so red she looked like she was about to burst into flames.

"Oops, sorry," Ash said after a second when he realized what he was saying in his panicked state.

Everyone else was doing their best to not laugh at the situation that was developing in front of them.

"Ok," Charlotte said as she regained her composer. "Who's first?"

"Let Ash go," Yuuka said as she gave him a little push forward.

"Ok then Ash, your up first. Just curious, what kind of battle experience do you have?" Charlotte asked.

"Well.." Ash started.

"He's competed in seven leagues. Winning the Orange league, and placing in the top sixteen in his first league, then three top eight finishes, a top four, and his most recent being runner up. He also won the battle frontier, becoming the youngest trainer ever to do it," Yuuka said spitting out fact straight from memory.

Everyone looked at her, completely taken back by her sudden out burst. Yuuka then blushed a bright red and covered her face when she realized what she just did.

"What she said, and this will be my third Torrent region badge," Ash finished.

"Ok then, so you're experienced," Charlotte said as she recovered.

"Good, then in that case we can go all out," Edwin said excitedly.

"We?" Ash questioned.

"You see, Edwin and I are both the gym leaders. And since we could never come up with a schedule for who would take on challengers, we decided to make our gym the only one in the region to do double battles. One Pokémon for each of us, and two for you," Charlotte explained.

Edwin and Charlotte stood on one side of the battlefield while Ash stood on the other, as the referee arrived and stood at the out side middle. Serena and Yuuka stood behind a retaining wall to cheer Ash on.

"This will be a double battle between Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town, and the Sevilla Gym Leaders Edwin and Charlotte, for a balance badge. There will be no time limit and no substitutions. The battle will be decided when both Pokémon from either side are unable to battle. Trainers send out your Pokémon," said the referee.

"Go Sylveon," Edwin called out as he threw his pokeball.

"Your up Steelix," Charlotte called.

Everyone found their Pokémon choices quite interesting, as one would expect it the other way around. It was also very obvious their strategy. Edwin said before Sylveon was his most powerful Pokémon, so Sylveon was probably going to launch quick strikes then hide behind Steelix again. Since Sylveon was weak against poison and steel types, Steelix was the perfect shield as it was immune to poison and was resistant to steel type moves. Steelix was also probably going launch some pretty powerful attacks that were difficult to avoid.

"Greninja, Riolu, I choose you!"

Ash didn't want to earn his gym badges with only his old Pokémon. His new Pokémon needed experience too. He also needed two Pokémon that would work well together, and these two had sparred a lot together over the last few months. So Ash knew they would be able to work together better than his other Pokémon.

"Ash, since you are such an experienced trainer, I'm sure you'll be able to handle this," Charlotte said confidently.

She brushed her hair to the side to reveal left ear, which had a key stone earring in it.

"STEELIX, MEGA EVOLVE!" Charlotte yelled as she touched her key stone.

Beams of light came from Steelix's mega stone and Charlotte's key stone. Steelix was engulfed in a white light as he turned into Mega Steelix.

Ash smirked.

"I may have an idea about a response to that. Greninja, ready?" Ash asked the frog ninja.

Greninja nodded.

"Alright, Greninja LETZ GO!"

A pillar of water erupted from Greninja as the bond phenomenon happened, revealing the strength of their bond.

"OMA IT'S ASH-GRENINJA!" Yuuka fangirled.

People and Pokémon alike looked over at the young trainer who was jumping up and down with excitement as she bit her bottom lip. Normally this much attention would leave her feeling embarrassed, but she didn't care right now as she was about to watch her idol in a gym battle.

"Trainers ready?" Asked the referee, getting everyone's attention back on the match.

The gym leaders and Ash all nodded.

"Battle Begin!"

"Sylveon, fairy wind!"

"Steelix, use harden, the after the fairy wind is clear block any incoming attacks!"

"Both of you dodge, then Greninja use night slash on Stealix while Riolu use agility to get in close and use bullet punch on Sylveon!"

Steelix's body flashes white as Sylveon's feelers pull together as the air around then glows a light blue. Sylveon then spreads his feelers sending a strong gust of wind at Riolu and Greninja. Steelix then wraps its body around Sylveon with its head on top creating a protective barrier.

Riolu ran out of the way of the fairy wind very fast, appearing to disappear and then reappear, then charged towards his opponents with both fists glowing light blue. At the same time Greninja jumped out of the way and took off towards Steelix at blinding speed as he slapped the X's on his thighs and created two purple blades of water.

Greninja jumped up to attack Steelix's head, his water blades held in an X pattern across his body.

"Iron tail!" Charlotte yelled

Steelix's tail glowed white and swung at Greninja. Greninja held the blades out in front of himself to block the attack, but was still knocked away. Riolu jumped into the air as he approached Steelix. Steelix saw Riolu and swung its iron tail again, but Riolu adjusted his body and was able to push off the tail with his legs, sending him towards Sylveon. Steelix moved its head to block Sylveon from the attack. Riolu landed on Steelix's head and began to rapidly punch its face.

"Sylveon, toss him!"

As Riolu beat on Steelix's face, Sylveon reached out with his feelers and wrapped them around Riolu. He then pulled Riolu off and spun him around in the air before he threw him towards the other side of the gym. Riolu was flying through the air and was about to hit the far wall, but Greninja used his long tongue to catch him and swing him back safely towards the ground.

"Steelix, flash cannon!"

"Sylveon, moon blast!"

Steelix's body became outlined with white energy as a white orb with blue energy formed in its mouth. Sylveon spread his feelers wide and a pink ball of energy formed in front of his mouth. The two Pokémon then fired their attacks at Greninja and Riolu.

"Greninja, use you water shuriken as a shield!"

Riolu was still in the air, but looked like he was going to land close to where the attacks were going to hit. Greninja pulled the large water shuriken from his back and ran in front of where Riolu was going to land to block for him too. Greninja took a knee to brace himself as he held the water shuriken out. As Riolu landed the attacks hit and began to push Greninja back. The water shuriken was starting to fail, Riolu ran to Greninja and put his hands on his back. They both began to glow blue as Riolu gave Greninja some of his aura, reenforcing the water shuriken.

The power of the attacks forked where they were blocked, breaking apart the battlefield. When the attacks stopped, a dust cloud hid the results for a few seconds before it settled showing the results. Greninja stood up, still strong and ready to continue, as Riolu stepped up beside him. Edwin and Charlotte were completely shocked by this, as they had never seen a Pokémon withstand that combination before and remain so strong. Due to the bond phenomenon however, Ash understood what happened, and it gave him an idea.

Not wanting to allow his plan to be heard, Ash explained his plan to the two with his aura.

"Now water aura shuriken!

Riolu put his hands at his side and created an aura sphere, as Greninja took his large water shuriken and held it over his head. A burst of water came up causing the water shuriken to grow and have a golden glow. Riolu then jumped up, stepping on Greninja's right shoulder and pushing off as he jumped higher, taking the water shuriken as he pushed his aura sphere into it. Riolu was going up in the air, holding the golden water shuriken as the aura sphere blended with it making it stronger. The water shuriken then had blends of blue mixed with the gold. Riolu then threw the shuriken with great force at Mega Steelix.

The attack connected sending him flying off the ground and into the wall behind the gym leaders. Steelix didn't move, but also didn't revert back to its regular form, showing it was still in the battle. It also showed Sylveon was no longer protected.

"Riolu, bullet punch, Greninja, Aerial Ace. Target Sylveon!" Ash yelled.

Riolu took lead with his fists glowing light blue, while Greninja's hands and feet began to glow white.

"Sylveon, fairy wind!"

Sylveon's feelers pull together as the air around then glows a light blue. Sylveon then spreads his feelers sending a strong gust of wind at his opponents.

"Greninja and Riolu, jump to the side to dodge."

"Now, grab Riolu with your feelers and smash him into the ground!"

Sylveon extended his feelers and wrapped them around Riolu's wrists and ankles. He then raised Riolu up, then slammed him into the ground. He raised his up again, but this time let go, allowing Riolu to land on his feet, as Greninja unleashed a furious barrage of punches and kicks with aerial ace. When the aerial ace was over Sylveon flew several feet to land on his side. Just as he stood back up, thinking he would have a chance to breath, Riolu stepped up with his fist still glowing blue, then began to rapidly throw his punches. The last punch sent Sylveon flying into a wall, just as Steelix was getting back up.

"Sylveon is unable to battle!" Announced the referee.

Steelix heard this and became enraged, letting out a mighty battle cry.

"Avenge Sylveon, take them out with rock slide!"

Steelix let out a powerful battle cry. Multiple white balls formed above it's head that formed into large grey rocks with white outlines, then flew towards Riolu and Greninja.

"Greninja, ran dance, then both of you dodge those rocks as you move in!" Ash yelled.

Greninja makes a loud battle cry, then he and Riolu charge towards the flying rocks. A dark cloud forms over the battlefield and it begins to rain, Steelix winces in pain from the water. Greninja and Riolu both skillfully dodge the flying rocks.

"Greninja, night slash, Riolu cross chop followed by back to back force palms!"

Greninja slaps the X's on his thighs and creates two purple blades of water. Riolu's hands glow white as he holds them in an X pattern.

Riolu and Greninja strike Steelix from opposite sides, resulting in Steelix crying out in pain. Greninja then continues down Steelix as he slashes it. Riolu begins hitting Steelix with force palm and alternates hands after every light yellow blast.

"Gyro ball!" Charlotte yells.

The spikes on Steelix glow light blue, then those sections of its body begin spinning very fast, knocking Riolu and Greninja away.

"Aura sphere and water shuriken!" Ash yells, knowing Steelix is almost beaten.

Greninja grabs the large water shuriken off of his back and throws it, as Riolu puts his hands out in front of himself and forms the blue ball of aura and fires it.

The two attacks collide with Steelix creating a large explosion, causing it to revert back into its normal form as it crashes into the ground with swirly eyes.

"Steelix is unable to battle, the winner is Ash Ketchum!" Announced the referee.

Greninja reverted to his normal form and walked to Riolu, both breathing heavily.

"Great battling beside you, we make a good team," Greninja says as he extends his fist.

"It's a start. After I evolve into a Lucario, we'll be unstoppable," Riolu said as he extended his fist.

The two Pokémon's fists bumped, acting a sign of their mutual respect for one another.

"Alright, Yuuka your up," Edwin called out.

"Ok. I just..need a minute.That was..so intense," Yuuka said as she caught her breath.

Yuuka proceeded to have her battle shortly after she calmed down, and won. The battle was between her Charmander and Squirtle, against Jigglypuff and Aron. This also resulted in Yuuka's Charmander evolving into a Charmeleon.

"Congratulations on your wins you two," Edwin said to Ash and Yuuka.

"And as proof of your victory, we present to you both a balance badge," Charlotte said.

The gym leaders both held out a badge that resembled an old scale.

"Always remember, you can't become a champion without a balanced team. Rely to much on speed or power and you leave yourself with a weakness your opponents won't hesitate to exploit," said William.

"Thank you," Ash and Yuuka both said.

The three then turned around and left the gym for the Pokémon Center to get their Pokémon healed.

"So Yuuka, where are you headed next?" Serena asked.

"The forest, I want you to go catch some new Pokémon. Any recommendations?" Yuuka replied.

"I recommend a flying type since you don't have one," Ash replied.

"Good idea thanks. Where are you two going next?" Yuuka asked.

"Huelva. There's a gym there, and were going to take a few days to rest before the long trip to Valencia," Ash replied.

"Well good luck. I had just came from there after I saw the Gym was closed here for the week. I wasn't able to challenge the gym leader because he wasn't there," Yuuka said.

"What!?" Ash replied.

"Apparently he's a musician and his band tours a bunch, so he's not always there," Yuuka explained.

"Oh man, I hope he's there," Ash replied in a worried tone.

"Don't worry Ash. If he's not by the time we need to leave, there are other gyms that are just a small detour out of the way," Serena says as she takes his hand.

This improves Ash's mood and he leans in to kiss her, as they continue to the Pokémon Center.

Over an hour later Jessie, James, and Meowth are leaving Edwins fitness center.

"Oh yes, I feel great!" Jessie said excitedly.

After their work out they received full body massages to help with their muscles.

"You know we missed our chance to nab the twerp right?" Meowth asked.

"Well, can't be helped, but we'll have plenty more opportunities," Jessie replied.

Jessie then looked over at James to see his scowling.

"What's wrong James," Jessie asked.

"He probably didn't like you enjoying the good looking muscular guy giving you that massage," Meowth replied.

"Shut it Meowth, why would I care? Now let's go setup our next plan to catch the twerp," James said angrily.

He then sped up and walked ahead, leaving Jessie a little confused, and Meowth snickering as he knew what was going on.
